Anne-Marie Langan B.A. B.S.W. LL.B. LL.M. Thanks to Shelley Leach, my favourite Canadian landscape artist, I have become an art investor. In the past several months, after she gifted me one of her beautiful paintings and I realized how incredibly talented she is, I have purchased three more as birthday gifts and to adorn my house. Below you see me in front of a gorgeous painting she did of horseshoe falls in Niagara and a painting of hers that is of a quintessential Canadian Shield landscape. Her love of the Canadian wilderness is reflected in each and every painting. She has inspired me to start painting landscapes again and I have really enjoyed our expeditions seeking new places in nature to explore and capture in our future artwork.
